Shuttle service is great though it did not work with my foreign mobile. The staff stepped in and arranged for me. My room was very comfortable. You may also want to improve the gym a little. Perhaps put in compact leg press machine as that is probably the most used for men and women when they want to stay in shape during their travels. Having the water station and welcome cookie is great!

Loved the room , cleanliness , awesome shampoo set up in shower and a great brand, soap great. Loved that there was extra towels and toilet paper. Nice touch as well. Location of hotel was nice, it was a great place. Staff are nice and helpful. Easy to get in and out of establishment. And parking was nice as well. Very spacious room, great lighting. Comfortable.

The location was super as we were attending an event in the Amerant Bank Arena , and we could walk to it from the hotel . It has ample free parking and everyone we encountered from the check in to check out was super helpful , pleasant and efficient . Also close enough to sawgrass Mills, so obviously I had to visit for a few hours shopping and a nice lunch .

We have stayed here before when we are in town for a concert so we stayed here to go to the Florida Panthers game. It’s a great location. With the mall right across the street there is plenty of food available. The super target is a plus as well Staff is always friendly Rooms are clean and large. Planning our next trip for Stanley Cup playoffs hopefully
